WOMAN JAILED FOLLOWING ALLEGED DUII INCIDENT

A Roseburg woman was jailed following an alleged DUII incident, by Roseburg Police on Sunday.

An RPD report said at about 8:45 p.m. 69-year old Diane Baldwin allegedly drove to a location in the 1400 block of Northeast Dee Street and started to ram her pickup into a parked vehicle. A victim allegedly saw Baldwin trying to drive away from the scene, and attempted to stop her. Baldwin reportedly punched the victim in the face.

The report said the suspect allegedly refused to provide any insurance information to officers, and was visibly impaired. A search warrant was written for her blood and a legal blood draw was conducted.

Baldwin was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, first degree criminal mischief, harassment, reckless driving and for failure to perform the duties of a driver. Bail was set at $75,000.
