Roseburg Police cited eight people for prohibited camping between Friday and Sunday including one man who was cited twice.

An RPD report said citations took place in the 400 block of Southeast Stephens Street, the 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street, the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street, the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard, and in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street.

The 41-year-old man that was cited twice, received his citations eleven hours a part and in two different locations. All those cited were in violation of the city’s time, place and manner ordinance. Each was released after their citation was issued.
