Aviva Health’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic is open weekdays, giving out COVID-19 vaccines.

The clinic operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to offer free COVID-19 vaccines by appointment. It is open to residents age 12 and older. Under Oregon law, minors 15 years of age and older can consent to medical treatment, including vaccinations. Parental or guardian consent is required to vaccinate residents ages 12 to 14. Written consent can be obtained in advance.

The clinic is at 4221 Northeast Stephens near Costco and across the street from the main Aviva Roseburg clinic. To schedule an appointment, call 672-9596.
