Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 9:55 a.m. officers were dispatched to contact the occupants of a transient camp in the field across from Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church in the 1900 block of West Bertha Avenue. The campers were identified as a 47-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman. They were released after being given the citations
