A Roseburg man was jailed by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday.

A DCSO report said at earlier in the day a caller reported that a man was trespassing on his property in the 100 block of Wingfoot Court in the Winchester area. A deputy responded and trespassed the man. At approximately 5:30 p.m. the suspect returned and was located in the backyard of the property. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

The man was detained without bail and was released early Thursday.
