Roseburg Police jailed a driver for an unusual reason on Monday.

An RPD report said at 8:00 a.m. officers received anonymous information that 24-year- old Jarod Whitlock had been posting videos of himself riding his motorcycle recklessly, on TikTok. Officers were able to identify the rider as Whitlock in six videos which showed him doing stunts and riding at up to 152 miles per hour, all on public roads.

Whitlock was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with six counts of reckless driving and 3 counts of speeding at over 100 miles per hour. Whitlock was detained without bail. He was released on Tuesday.
