With the recent rainy and cool weather, all fire restrictions on the Umpqua national Forest are lifted.

A UNF update said fire danger is low and there are no longer any industrial fire precaution levels in place. Recreators are reminded that all fires need to be dead out before leaving a campsite. People should drown, stir and feel the fire with the back of their hand. It should be cool to the touch before leaving the area.
