Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited early Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:00 a.m. the 50-year-old was contacted because she was camping in the middle of the bicycle path under the Rowe Street Bridge in the 900 block of Southeast Rowe Street. The woman was cited and released for a criminal count of prohibited camping. She cleaned up her belongings and left the area.
