Roseburg Police cited a man for a violation count of prohibited camping early Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 2:30 a.m. the 42-year-old was contacted near the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard where he was camping under a bridge. The man was aware that he was not allowed to be camping at that location. He was released after the citation was issued.
