ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED PRIOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEF T

Roseburg Police jailed a man Saturday morning for an alleged prior criminal trespass and theft incident.

An RPD report said just before 3;00 a.m. officers contacted Blake Cadger near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Housley Avenue regarding the incident in which he was observed on video stealing $3 in merchandise from a store in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway earlier in the day. Cadger admitted stealing the items and knowing that he was trespassed from the location. A detainer was authoroized. Cadger was taken into custody without incident. He was charged With first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and for a parole violation. Bail was set at $7,500.
