Talk About Trees is Oregon Woman in Timber’s forestry education program, which introduces forest ecology, management practices, and forest uses to students. Yablonski will share information about the local ecosystem and guide an activity.
The free program, which is for children from pre-K through fifth grade, will be held at the library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. It is part of the library’s Summer Reading Program, which is themed, “Plant a Seed, Read”.
