ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR RESTRAINING ORDER VIOLATION

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a restraining order violation on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said just after 8:30 a.m. officers responded to a mobile home park in the 2000 block of Southeast Stephens Street due to a report that a woman was trying to gain entrance to a trailer. Officers learned the woman was a respondent in a restraining order with the resident inside.

Dispatch confirmed the active restraining order and advised the woman that she was prohibited from being on the property. She was detained without incident. Bail was set at $2,000. The woman was released later in the day.
