Roseburg Police jailed a man for offensive littering and a warrant on Monday evening.

An RPD report said at 6:50 p.m. the 54-year-old was contacted because he was spreading trash and other property across the sidewalk next to the Public Safety Center in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. He was taken into custody without incident and detained on $3,750 bail.
