Roseburg Police jailed a man due to a trespass issue on Sunday night.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. officers contacted the 52-year-old in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street, knowing he was in violation of the downtown exclusion zone. The man was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
