A Roseburg woman was hurt in a three-vehicle wreck on Monday morning.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 11:00 a.m. a man was traveling west on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard while a woman was traveling east. She was in the turn lane waiting to turn north on Northwest Mulholland Drive. The woman thought she had a green light so turned and collided with the first vehicle in the middle of the intersection. During the crash the woman’s vehicle spun and collided with a third vehicle, which was stopped at the light on Mulholland.

An officer was unable to determine who committed a traffic violation because of poor visibility due to the weather,  not having any witnesses. The first driver was cited for driving while suspended. The first two vehicles had to be towed away, though the third-vehicle could be driven from the scene.

The second driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for minor injuries, including spinal pain. She was treated and released, according to a hospital spokesperson.
