MAN JAILED ON MULTIPLE COUNTS IN TRESPASS CASE

A Roseburg man was jailed on multiple counts in a trespass case.
A report from the Roseburg Police said on Thursday just before 10:00 a.m. officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Mosher, after it was reported that there were trespassers at the vacant residence.
The report said that during the incident they contacted a man who was sleeping inside the home. 40-year old Joshua Harris was allegedly in possession of a concealed switchblade knife and resisted arrest when officers tried to detain him. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine according to police. There were warrants for his arrest out of Alaska as well.
Sanders was charged with unlawful possession of meth, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass, and for the warrants. He was initially detained on $66,250 bail.
