Roseburg had a record high temperature for the date on Monday, for the second day in a row.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service told News Radio 1240 KQEN that the mercury reached 97 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The previous record high for the date was 94 degrees, set in 1958.

Medford got to 102 degrees on Monday, but that was not a record.
