A man was The Dalles was jailed following a single vehicle wreck on Thursday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said at 4:00 p.m. troopers responded to the crash on Interstate Five southbound near Rice Hill. It was reported that a vehicle was up against a guardrail, and a male subject was kicking the vehicle and breaking the windows. The subject was contacted and found to be impaired.

The man refused to identify himself and was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. He was detained without bail and was given a citation to appear in court for failure to present a license. The vehicle was impounded as the driver did not have it insured.
