ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR SECOND-DEGREE DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree disorderly conduct on Sunday.

An RPD report said at about 11:45 p.m. officers responded to a call that a man was standing in traffic near the intersection of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and Northwest Willow Street and was throwing his backpack into the intersection. Officers arrested the 30-year old man from Chico, California. He was also held for offensive littering.

Bail was set at $3,750.
