A North Bend man was jailed following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Sunday.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 12:00 p.m. deputies responded to a disturbance at the Rose Garden Inn, on Highway 99 in Drain. The person reporting said that a suspect was creating a public inconvenience and annoyance and was disrupting her business.
44-year old Damien Arellanes was contacted and taken into custody. While detained, the man allegedly attempted to escape several times. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering, resisting arrest and third-degree escape. Bail was set at $21,000.
