A Roseburg man was jailed for second degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass early Friday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 1:50 a.m. 63-year old Kevin O’Brien was contacted by officers after he allegedly attempted to break into a trailer in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens. He reportedly cut a slit in a window before being caught by a homeowner. He was also held for a parole violation.
