Roseburg Police jailed a man on 25 charges on Wednesday evening.

An RPD report said shortly after 7:00 p.m. 38-year-old Keith Weatherford was contacted at the Umpqua Greenway in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street regarding a past theft case. Weatherford was on probation and had two warrants for his arrest, unrelated to the case. A detainer was authorized.

Weatherford was charged with the warrants, second-degree theft, attempted theft in the second-degree, four counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft and computer crime. Bail was set at $15,000.
