Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a parole violation on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. officers responded to the area of the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street after a caller said there was a disturbance between two people in the area. Dispatch said the woman was on parole and was not to have contact with the victim. She was detained without bail and was released later in the day.
