Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 6:20 a.m. the 35-year-old man and 39-year-old woman was contacted at The Point, in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Their camp did not comply with the city’s time, place and manner ordinance. Both people were released after the citations were issued.
