Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and a parole violation on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 5:35 p.m. officers contacted the 51-year-old at the Umpqua Greenway in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. He was found to be wanted by his parole officer and had a valid warrant for his arrest. The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $5,000.
