Roseburg Police cited the driver after a vehicle crashed into a store building on Sunday morning.

An RPD report said just after 11:50 a.m. officers responded to the accident in the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. After an investigation, officers determined that the 37-year-old man had lost consciousness from a medical issue while he was traveling southbound on Northeast Stephens Street, which resulted in the wreck. The business was closed and there was no one inside.
