Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 12:40 a.m. officers contacted the 42-year-old at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street where she was camping in a prohibited camping zone according to the time, place and manner ordinance. The woman already had four prior convictions for prohibited camping. She was released after the citation was issued.
