Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged assault incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 11:40 a.m. officers responded to the disturbance outside a home in the 400 block of West Ballf Street. A neighbor reported that a male was pushing and kicking a female in the street. The victim had cuts and scrapes but did not require medical attention. The 32-year-old suspect was charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $7,750.
