ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR TRESPASS, CITE FOR DRINKING IN PUBLIC

Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree criminal trespass and cited him for drinking in public early Monday morning.

An RPD report said 1:25 a.m. officers contacted the 52-year-old at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street because he was in the parking allegedly drinking alcohol. Dispatch advised that the suspect was excluded from the Enhanced Law Enforcement Area until November of this year. He was detained without incident. Bail was set at $1,000.
