Roseburg Police jailed a woman for an alleged harassment incident on Sunday night.

An RPD report said just after 10:00 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street after a caller said an incident had taken place. During an investigation, officers learned the suspect and a victim had been involved in an argument that led to the suspect, a 70-year-old woman, hitting the victim multiple times in the stomach with an umbrella. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $2,500.
