Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive for a warrant on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:30 a.m. officers contacted the 20-year-old who was in a vehicle parked behind a business in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man was found to have a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $5,000.
