The Umpqua Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will hold a reading of the Declaration of Independence on Saturday, July 4th.

The free community event to celebrate America’s 250th birthday will be held at 10:00 a.m. on the steps of the Douglas County Courthouse on Southeast Douglas Avenue in Roseburg.
