Roseburg Police jailed one man and cited another for a trespass incident on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said shortly after 9:30 a.m. the men, ages 33 and 34, were seen sitting under “no trespassing” signs on a property in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Officers contacted the men and called the business owner who wanted to pursue charges.

The 33-year-old was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a probation violation. He was detained on $1,250 bail. The 34-year-old man was cited for the trespass charge and then was released.
