Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 8:00 a.m. officers contacted the 59-year-old at her camp in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The camp was in violation of the time and manner portion of the camping ordinance. She was told to clean up her mess and move along. The woman was issued her first camping citation and was released on the scene.
