Roseburg Police charged a man with first-degree criminal mischief on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:15 a.m. officers contacted the 38-year-old after identifying him as a suspect in a previous case. The man admitted to breaking the windows at a business in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens Street. He was detained without bail and was released on Tuesday morning.
