Lena Larecy, a junior at Roseburg High School and Miss Douglas County Teen, was crowned Miss Oregon Teen 2023 on Sunday after a two-day competition at Liberty Theater in North Bend.

The 17-year-old receives $50,000 in in-kind prizes and now moves on to the national competition in Dallas, Texas in August.

The pageant is scored based on four categories: talent, conversation, evening wear, and health and fitness.

Miss Umpqua Valley Teen — Hailey Gordon, a junior at Oakland High School — was a top 5 performer at the pageant.
