A Riddle man was jailed following a traffic stop on Thursday afternoon.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Officer report said at 2:00 p.m. a deputy stopped a sedan in the 100 block of Ash Creek Road in the Riddle area. The 40-year-old was found to be hiding in the trunk. He was arrested on a felony charge from a past case and was held without bail. The woman was cited and released on the charge of hindering prosecution.
