Effective November 3rd, the I-5 southbound Exit 140 off-ramp to Old Highway 99 in the Oakland area, will be closed at night between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Dan Latham from the Oregon Department of Transportation said the estimated completion date for this work is November 4th.

When the I-5 southbound Exit 140 off-ramp to Old Highway 99 is closed, vehicles can use Exit 135, as needed, or other authorized alternate routes.
