Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 2:30 a.m. while conducting a security check at Micelli Park on Southeast Micelli Street, officers found a 48-year-old man and 44-year-old woman sleeping in a vehicle, which is a violation of the city camping ordinance. They were released after the citation was issued.
