Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year-old at Roseburg City Hall in the 900 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. The man had dug under the walkway at city halo and was tucked under the building. He came out upon request and was taken into custody. Bail was set at $1,250.
