In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Music on the Half Shell features Bella Rayne on Tuesday night.

The 19-year-old self-taught guitarist, vocalist and songwriter was born in the North Carolina mountains and blends Americana, southern rock, Indie folk and improvisational jam music.

The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. at Nichols Bandshell in Roseburg’s Stewart Park. It’s the 6th concert in the 8 concert summer series.

Attendees can put out blankets or chairs ahead of time. A long list of food vendors will have dinner items available, or concert goers can bring their own meal, along with wine or beer.
