Roseburg Police jailed a man for failure to report as a sex offender on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. the 27-year-old was contacted in the 400 block of Northeast Winchester Street regarding an open investigation. The man was found to have filed to report an address change as required by his sex offender status. He was detained without bail.
