A Reedsport man was jailed for a warrant by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday night.

A DCSO report said just after 9:45 p.m. the 61-year-old was stopped for traffic violations in the 500 block of Lower Smith River Road in the Reedsport area. During the stop, a deputy noticed some drug paraphernalia inside of the vehicle. The driver admitted to having methamphetamine on his person, and it was determined to weigh about 3 grams. The man also had a warrant out of the Reedsport Police Department.

Bail was set at $6,250.
