Roseburg Police jailed a man for trespassing on the railroad tracks on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 9:15 a.m. officers were made aware that the 42-year-old was on the tracks between two businesses in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Officers contacted the man while he was still on the tracks. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and was taken into custody. Bail was set at $6,250.
