Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 9:55 p.m. the 36-year-old man was contacted after he was observed riding his bicycle down the roadway without a visible light source in the 900 block of Northwest Highland Street. During the contact, the man was found to have a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and he was taken into custody without incident and was detained without bail.
