The Umpqua Community College Foundation wants to honor the UCC softball team at Thursday night’s UCC baseball game.

A doubleheader is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. A moment of silence will take place between the games at 6:00 p.m. at Champion Car Wash Field on Northwest Stewart Parkway in Roseburg. Admission is free with donations accepted.

The foundation has created the UCC Softball Support Fund to honor the legacy of coach Jami Strinz and student-athlete Kiley Jones.
