A transient was jailed after an alleged trespass incident on Tuesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 9:45 a.m. the 45-year-old returned to property he was trespassed from in the 200 block of Southwest Frontage Road in the Canyonville area. The man had originally been trespassed from the location in March of this year.

When a deputy arrived, he located the suspect on property nearby on First Street. The victim confirmed that they wanted to press charges for trespass again. The man was taken into custody and was detained without bail.
