Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday,

An RPD report said at 10:25 a.m. officers contacted the 48-year-old at his camp which was on a city sidewalk near the intersection of Northwest Highland Street and Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The camp was in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance.

The man was cited and moved his camp.
