Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 10:30 p.m. officers contacted the 70-year-old at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway. Officers learned the man had an active warrant for failure to appear. He was cited in lieu of custody.
