Music on the Half Shell will have its final concert for 2024, Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. at the Nichol’s Band Shell in Roseburg’s Stewart Park.
Paul McDonald has been compared to legends like Rod Stewart and Bob Dylan. The rock artist has a raspy yet refined voice that is reminiscent of another era. McDonald says his hope is to spread peace, love, and unity through his music.
Attendees can put out blankets and chairs earlier in the day. Food trucks and vendors will have a variety of dinner items available. Residents are also welcome to bring their own meal from home, along with wine or beer.
Wrapping up its 32nd year, the series is largely funded by sponsors. Baskets will be passed at intermission so concert goers can contribute as well.
